Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of QR. (the “Service”), a product of Intuitix Nexis Private Limited (“Intuitix”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or calling the API, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
QR. provides APIs and a dashboard to create dynamic QR codes, manage destinations, and serve edge redirects. Features, quotas, and pricing may change; material changes will be reflected in the dashboard or documentation.
2. Accounts and API keys
- You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and API keys.
- Activity under your keys is deemed authorized by you.
- Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate law or third-party rights
- Distribute malware, phishing, or deceptive redirects
- Abuse open redirects, spam, or traffic intended to harm infrastructure
- Probe, scan, or attack systems without authorization
- Resell the Service in a manner that circumvents plan limits without written consent
We may suspend or terminate accounts that create abuse, legal risk, or security risk.
4. Customer content
You retain rights to destination URLs, metadata, and other content you submit. You grant us a license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service.
5. Plans, quotas, and payment
- Free and paid plans include monthly quotas and feature gates as published on our site.
- Paid subscriptions are billed in USD via our payment processor. Taxes may apply.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension after notice.
- Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable except where we state otherwise.
6. Custom domains
If you attach a custom hostname, you must own or control the domain and configure DNS as instructed. You are responsible for trademark and brand use of that hostname.
7. Availability and changes
We strive for high availability of redirects but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
8. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intuitix’s aggregate liability arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections apply.
