Build the caseload
you want.

I help therapists get found by the clients they want to work with. Your website, Psychology Today profile and eligible Google listing, written in your voice and built for you.

Illustration of a sample practice website, profile copy and referral introductions.
Illustrative deliverables. Your website and copy are made for your practice.

Before you pay,
a number in writing.

We agree on a number of new inquiries in the 90 days after your site goes live. If we miss it, I keep working for free until we hit it.

See how the commitment works

You’ve done the things.
Still too many openings.

You rewrote the website. Tweaked your Psychology Today profile. Asked around for referrals. You’re doing the work, but getting new clients still feels unpredictable.

Maybe you’re building toward a full practice. Maybe you want a few more clients who fit the work you love. Either way, you need a clear next step and someone to carry it through.

Get found

Can someone looking for your kind of help find your practice?

Make the fit clear

Can they recognize themselves in your words and see how you work?

Make contact easy

Is it clear how to ask a question or book a consultation?

A plan is useful.
Having it done is better.

I look at your practice, the clients you want to see and the routes they can use to find you. Then I recommend the work that fits.

The Practice Build brings that work together, ready to go live in 30 days with timely access and approvals. You review the words. I handle the setup and publishing.

A website that sounds like you
A 5 to 7 page site on your own domain, with clear language about who you help, how you work and how to get in touch. Already have a working site? We agree on the search and inquiry gaps to work on instead.
A clearer Psychology Today profile
Where your profile appears and what it says, reviewed together so the people you want to reach can recognize a fit. Your real specialty and voice stay intact.
A local presence that fits your practice
Google Business Profile work where you’re eligible. For online-only practices, an agreed route through your website, Psychology Today and suitable directories across your licensed area.
Introductions to referral sources
I research suitable professional contacts and draft the introductions for you to review and send. A practical way to start relationships, with no messages to your patients or existing leads.
A way to see what is working
Tracking for new, unique inquiries by source. We separate website visits, inquiries and clients, so a busier dashboard does not get mistaken for a fuller caseload.

Your practice should
still feel like yours.

I’m Jesse, a Registered Psychotherapist. I start with your words, your clients and the work you want to do. You approve the copy before it goes live.

“I'm so glad I found Jesse and Reframe Practice. He was thoughtful and detail-oriented throughout the entire process and made complex tasks feel easy with clear instructions and a no-pressure attitude. Highly recommended to any therapist looking to up their online game.”

Justine, private practice owner

What one earlier client reported

In an earlier hands-on engagement, one solo practice reported moving from 2 weekly clients to about 6.5 weekly-equivalent clients over five weeks. That's one practice, client-reported, and he'd be the first to point out the sample size. So am I. It is not a forecast for your practice or evidence of what every Build delivers.

The goal is your caseload.
The commitment is inquiries.

Before you pay, we put the scope, price and inquiry target in writing. The 90-day inquiry window starts at site-live, with the agreed profiles published and the pages staying live. An ineligible Google listing is never a condition. If we miss the agreed number, I keep working for free until we hit it.

If the evidence does not support a number worth paying for, I tell you. More traffic is only useful when it gives suitable people a way to reach you.

Your part is specific.

  • Give account access in the first week, through a helper role, never a password.
  • Approve each piece within ten business days. Delays pause the clock.
  • Reply to new inquiries within one business day, and review and send the professional introductions.

I send the access steps, or we work through them together. You can also publish approved copy yourself. Reframe receives aggregate inquiry counts, not client intake emails or session material.

The work stays looked after.

Practice Partner keeps it running after launch: hosting and upkeep, profile updates, a monthly inquiry report, one 30-minute working session with me and one-business-day replies.

The first term is three months, then month to month. Your copy, accounts and domain stay under your control. The full price and payment options are below.

Questions worth asking.

Will this actually get me clients?

The goal is the caseload you want. The commitment I put in writing is new, unique inquiries during the 90 days after your site goes live: actual calls, form submissions and Psychology Today messages, not website visits. We agree on the target after reviewing your practice and market. I keep working free until we hit it, subject to the responsibilities below. An inquiry is not a booked or ongoing client. If the evidence cannot support a worthwhile target, I say so and recommend a smaller step.

What does the free Practice Checkup actually show me?

The Practice Checkup reviews available public evidence, shows the clearest visible gaps it can verify, and labels checks it could not complete. It cannot prove why inquiry volume changed or guarantee which fix will work. It takes about 5 minutes to start and the full report lands in your inbox. A call is optional.

How much does paid work cost?

The Practice Checkup and the call are free. Prices are in USD. The Practice Build is $1,497, paid once, or three monthly payments of $549. It is live in 30 days and comes with the Written Number: before you pay, I write down how many new inquiries we are aiming for in 90 days, and if we are not there I keep working free until we are. After the build, Practice Partner keeps it running at $199 a month: hosting and upkeep, Psychology Today and Google updates, a monthly inquiry report, and a 30-minute working session with me each month. Month to month after the first three. The three Build installments total $1,647 USD. The pay-in-full Build price is about $2,000 CAD.

Is there a guarantee?

The Written Number, in plain words: before you pay, I write down how many new inquiries we're aiming for in the 90 days after your site goes live, and if we're not there I keep working free until we are. Not a refund, more work, until the number is hit. It comes with conditions you control: access in the first week, approvals within ten business days (if a week gets away from you, we pause the clock), and answering inquiries within a business day.

What is my part of the work?

Three things, all in writing before you pay. In the first week, add me as a helper on your accounts (never a password; I send the steps, or we do it together, or you paste the copy in yourself if you'd rather). Approve each piece within ten business days. Answer new inquiries within a business day.

I am telehealth only. Does this still fit?

Yes. If your practice should not have a public Google listing, the Checkup says so plainly and points the work at the surfaces that matter for you: Psychology Today, your website, and directories. You will not be told to fake an office, and there is no video verification. And the searches we count are your whole licensed area, not one city.

More questions about working together
What happens after the Checkup?

The free Checkup reports what Reframe could verify, what it could not check and what to review first. On the optional fifteen-minute call, we review your practice and discuss one recommendation and one price. If the numbers support it, I build everything, live in 30 days, and write down how many new inquiries we're aiming for in the 90 days after your site goes live, before you pay. You approve every piece before it goes live. Practice Partner keeps it running after that. If the audit says you need something smaller, that is what I will recommend.

How do we actually work together?

Everything arrives in writing and you approve every word before it goes live. By default I do the publishing through a helper role you grant, and I never ask for or store passwords. If you'd rather paste everything into your own accounts yourself, that works too. I never ask for client intake emails, session material, or anything about your clients.

Will you widen my niche to hit the number?

No. The number is written for your specialty as you define it, in your words. If the searches for your niche can't support a number worth paying for, I tell you that and recommend the smaller piece. I don't quietly re-aim who you say you work with to make a number easier to hit.

Do you draft within my licensing board’s advertising rules?

I review drafts against the advertising rules that apply to your registration, flag uncertain claims and ask you to approve the wording before publication. I do not invent credentials, treatment outcomes or client testimonials for your practice. Your professional responsibilities stay with you.

How is this different from hiring a marketing agency?

I am Jesse, a Registered Psychotherapist. I bring a therapist’s perspective to the work, review the wording with you and define the scope in writing. You approve what goes live, and the copy, listings and plan stay under your control.

Do you work with group practices?

The Practice Build is written for solo therapists and solo-feeling practices. If you run a small counseling practice with an associate's chair to fill, the Associate Build covers each clinician; send a written fit request first, with the number of clinicians, locations, and profiles, so the scope reflects the actual practice. Email jesse@reframepractice.com; a call is optional.

Do you build or manage websites?

Yes, as part of the Practice Build: a 5 to 7 page website on your own domain, written in your words, and Practice Partner hosts and maintains it after launch. If you already have a site you like, the new pages go on your existing platform instead, and you approve every page before it is published.

Let’s find your next step.

We’ll look at your practice, the clients you want to see and the three things I’d fix first. You’ll leave with those priorities whether or not you hire me. The call is free.

Prefer to start on your own? The free Practice Checkup shows what Reframe could verify, what it could not check and what to review first. A call is optional.

Run a multi-clinician practice? The standard path is for solo and solo-feeling practices. Send a written fit request to hello@reframepractice.com with the number of clinicians, locations, and profiles. No call is required.
