Hey, I'm Skye!

I'm a student and Systems Engineer based in England who uses she/they pronouns. I'm currently studying for an Integrated Masters Degree in Computer Science, and I also provide independent contracting services, currently working on Email Services. I've been programming for around 10 years, and enjoy primarily working with Rust and TypeScript, however have a range of experience with some other languages, including Go, C, Python and Java.

I love playing around with lots of different tech, and currently run a Framework Desktop (64GB version) and a Ryzen 7700x / Nvidia 4070 Ti system depending on where I'm based!

In my free time, I love listening to music, and am quite proud of my record collection, as well as taking photos of whatever I find beautiful! I usually use a Canon EOS 4000D alongside a Sigma 28-300mm f/3.5-6.3 lens, or it's including 18-55mm lens.

This site runs on Cloudflare Workers and Astro, and definitely hasn't been designed as a pun around my name!
