Why a supplement tracker is different

Built for products, servings, and routines

Food and calorie trackers are built around meals and macros. SuppTrack is built around exact products, barcode matches, ingredient forms, daily schedule tools, and stack-level overlap.

  • Track the exact supplement you take, not just generic nutrients.
  • See how separate products combine across a daily routine.
  • Use daily reminders to improve adherence over time.

How it all fits together

Find it, group it, then keep to it

Start with search and barcode scan when you are comparing options, organize your picks into a shelf or goal-based stack, then use schedules and reminders to keep everything on track.

Start with the feature you need most right now, then bring it all together in SuppTrack.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

What is SuppTrack and how does it help with supplement tracking?
SuppTrack keeps your supplement routine in one place. Scan a barcode or search to add a product, give each one a schedule with reminders, group products into goal-based stacks, and see what your whole routine adds up to across the day. StackAdvisor then gives that stack an AI second look.
What is a supplement tracker app?
A supplement tracker app is a tool for organizing the supplements you take, keeping the ingredient details for each specific product, and reviewing what those products add up to across a day.
How is SuppTrack different from meal and calorie trackers?
SuppTrack is built for supplements, not meals. It works at the product level: the exact bottle you own, the ingredient forms inside it, and the daily totals those add up to against %DV. You can schedule each dose with reminders, build goal-based stacks, and search or scan across 189k+ products. Meal trackers focus on calories and macros, so the two sit happily side by side.
What is StackAdvisor?
StackAdvisor is SuppTrack's AI review of the supplements on today's schedule. It looks at how your products fit together and reports back on synergies, conflicts and interactions, combined amounts, and timing. It is currently in beta.
Is StackAdvisor medical advice?
No. StackAdvisor is an informational tool, not a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a drug interaction checker. It can make mistakes. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before changing what you take, especially if you are on medication, pregnant, or managing a health condition.
How large is the SuppTrack supplement database?
SuppTrack covers 189,000+ supplement products across 6,000+ brands, with ingredients normalized across 5,800+ entries.
Can I scan barcodes with SuppTrack to add supplements?
Yes. Point your camera at the barcode and the exact product comes up, with the right size, count and flavor, so there is nothing to type. SuppTrack reads the standard retail barcodes (UPC and EAN) as well as the FNSKU labels Amazon puts over them. You can also search by product name or brand when the barcode is worn or covered.
How accurate is the SuppTrack supplement database?
Entries come from package labels, manufacturer sites and official retailers, then go through automated checks followed by manual review. Corrections submitted from the product screen join the same queue. The full process is published on the Methodology & Data Sources page, last reviewed September 10, 2026.
Does SuppTrack support creating schedules for supplement intake?
Yes. Each product gets its own schedule, and a schedule can hold as many times as your routine needs. Every time carries its own serving amount, clock time, days of the week, start date, and an optional end date.
Can SuppTrack remind me when it is time to take something?
Yes. Every scheduled time has its own reminder toggle, and each reminder names the product and the serving so you know what to take without opening the app.
What are supplement stacks and why should I use them?
A supplement stack is a group of products organized around one goal, such as sleep, focus, or recovery. A stack lets you see the combined ingredient totals for everything in it, so you can spot the same nutrient arriving from three different bottles. A product can sit in as many stacks as you like.
Is SuppTrack available for iOS and Android?
Yes, on both, with the same experience on each. SuppTrack is currently available in the US.
