If a User Account remains inactive for a continuous period of 365 days, it will be scheduled for deletion. Deletion shall occur no earlier than 365 days following the last recorded activity on the Platform.
Certain personal or transactional information may be retained beyond this period where required by applicable law, including but not limited to anti-money-laundering (AML), counter-terrorism-financing (CFT), tax, or accounting regulations.
Upon deletion, the User’s access to the Services will be permanently revoked, and the related account data will be securely erased after the expiration of any mandatory retention periods.
