@amazonIN Having extremely poor experience with amazon now orders recently. Please address this. 1. Order was delivered to a wrong address. No refund issued yet 2. Delivery agent marks order delivered even before delivery 3. Missing items from orders frequently.

@DRSAgarwal Booked a shipment with 7 boxes and I was told it will be delivered to my flat. The logistics person called and is refusing to deliver to flat. Called thrice on the support helpline and they are disconnecting after hearing my issue. Extremely disappointed.

Chat bot use case : Prevent users to talk to a real person. You are given 3 options and no real solution and no way to talk to anyone. You end up wasting 30 mins of your time for nothing. @Olacabs Had a pathetic experience with my ride today and then with your chat bot.
