It's amazing how many folks will call you unhealthy for not conforming to their toxic rugged individualistic view of the world. It is no measure of health to conform to a broken society.

Don't tell people in crisis to reach out. That's not something a person in distress can typically do. Nor do most people respond well to requests for help, for varying reasons. Instead, build real community so you can know when you need to reach in.
