It's why I wrote codemod and not "migrations skills".
But you can write a deterministic codemod that add comment on your code when a 1:1 migrations isn't possible. And having an agent that run after that on these comment.
When using agents, ensure that everything that can be deterministic, is done with a deterministic tool. Don't try to get the poor agents to follow a deterministic process.
