Kempster: tech choice governed by quality of advice got from S/f. As a Thames Valley denizen, have not had to use Bobby myself, fortunately. But a nearly 20-fold improvement in "customer" service is impressive.

Tom Kempster, Salesforce customer, at Hampshire et al and Thames Valley police. Wait times on 101 had been 20-odd minutes, and peopling way out of problem not a goer, and have gone full S/f. 15% increase in satisfaction rates among folk reporting crime. "Bobby" the name! Why not?
