Sorry about that. It's stuff like this that reminds me that Twitter is a lousy medium for discussion that strives to provoke thoughtful debate ☹️ Everything and everyone ends up getting condensed into a oneliner. Oh, well. At least it's a good source of reading material.

Now the Trump administration uses ICE to keep those pesky foreign journalists out. Need to revalidate work visas every 8 months, but the processing time is over a year (11 million visas in the queue).

Still incredible what @EricChahi was able to produce 35 years ago in Another World. You could give me all the time in the world on todays hardware, and I would not come close to being able to deliver this. (Maybe with no limits on tokens 🙈)

Simple. For most cases, China is more trust worthy than the US. No crazies at the top, just pragmatism. Both countries do illegal stuff and surveill their own citizens, but at least one can be trusted.

This is wild. In every single one of these countries, China is now viewed more favourably than the US. It represents a shift in favourability in *all* cases.
