Glad to speak with CBC about Australia’s social media ban for those under 16. TL:DR, Canada should not hurry to such a blunt tool. Huge risk of unintended consequences. Return to a duty of care framework as existed in pt 1 of C-63 more appropriate. cbc.ca/news/canada/au….
