About

Devopness helps you deploy apps and provision cloud infrastructure from scratch in your own accounts on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean, Hetzner, and others: networks, subnets, static IPs, servers, Linux configuration, and deploys — without SSH for routine tasks.

Unlike server and app management panels that only connect to servers you already have (Coolify, Dokploy, and similar), Devopness creates infrastructure in your cloud through the platform, not only apps on servers you connected manually. Self-hosted and serverless cloud services are supported too.

You can use the web app, the API, or MCP Servers when Devopness is connected to your AI agents.

One MCP server to manage any cloud, any infrastructure, any Linux version, and any stack: C#, Docker, Go, HTML, Java, Node.js, PHP, Python, Ruby, TypeScript, and more.

Why Devopness exists

Today many software teams:

• Wait on a DevOps specialist, platform team, or contractor for servers, deploys, and small config changes
• Use many tools: Terraform or Ansible for infrastructure, CI pipelines like Jenkins or GitHub Actions, and separate services for SSL and DNS
• Struggle to move apps between cloud providers because each one has different consoles and deployment workflows
• Rely on platforms like Vercel or Heroku that start simple but become expensive or hard to leave as apps grow
• Write code faster with AI, but still wait too long to get that code running in production

Devopness combines what is usually split across multiple tools into one platform:

• Cloud infrastructure from scratch: networks, subnets, static IPs, servers, and Linux configuration (instead of Terraform and Ansible)
• CI/CD and hosted PaaS: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Vercel, Heroku, and similar platforms
• Server and app management panels: Devopness replaces separate panels per stack with one platform for all stacks:
  • PHP: cPanel, Laravel Forge/Envoyer, Plesk, RunCloud, ServerPanel.app
  • Python: FastAPI Cloud, and similar stack-focused tools
  • Ruby: Cloud 66, Hatchbox, Kamal (popular in Rails, works for any stack)
  • Self-hosted (bring your own server): Coolify, Dokploy
• One simpler workflow for any tech stack and any cloud provider, in accounts you control

People and AI agents can work from the web app, API, or MCP on a laptop, phone, or tablet.

Fine-grained, role-based permissions per environment let teammates deploy without direct cloud-console access, improving security and access control.

This helps you deploy more often to infrastructure you control, without needing deep expertise in every cloud provider.

How Devopness is organized

Think of it like this:

• Organization: one company, legal entity, or client portfolio in Devopness, like /@acme
• Project: one product or client inside that organization
• Environment: a separate infrastructure setup inside a project (its own servers, applications, credentials, and deploy settings). Names like Development, Staging, and Production are common
• Application: one git repository (or one folder in a monorepo) connected to one environment
