In many conversations, we’re already thinking about what we’ll say next before the other person has even finished speaking. That’s listening to respond—not listening to understand. And it can limit the effectiveness of our communication. When we shift our focus to truly understanding, conversations become more meaningful, and outcomes improve. In this video, we explore how this approach can help individuals and teams: • Be more present in conversations • Reduce misunderstandings • Strengthen relationships • Improve collaboration and communication Sometimes, the most important shift in communication isn’t what we say—it’s how we listen. In this video, we explore how adopting a learning mindset can help individuals and teams: • Move from debate to understanding • Approach conversations with curiosity • Strengthen communication and collaboration • Create more productive outcomes Sometimes, the most valuable conversations aren’t about proving a point—they’re about discovering something new.
