Which platforms are supported?
Warp backs up your Zaparoo data on every platform Zaparoo Core runs on. On MiSTer it also backs up saves, save states, settings, and input mappings.
What do I need to set it up?
A MiSTer running Zaparoo Core and a free Zaparoo Online account. On the MiSTer, open Settings > Online, enter the one-time code in Zaparoo Online, then turn on automatic backup.
Can I restore onto another MiSTer?
Yes. Set up Zaparoo on the replacement MiSTer, link it to the same account, and restore a snapshot from the old device.
What happens after I cancel?
Warp stops creating new cloud snapshots. Existing snapshots remain available to browse, download, and restore.
Is there a free trial?
No. If Warp isn't right for you, request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment.
I support Zaparoo on Patreon. Do I need Warp?
Supporter and Sponsor members already have Warp. Link your Patreon account in Zaparoo Online instead of subscribing.
Can I create local backups without Warp?
Yes. Local backup and restore are built into Zaparoo Core and work without a Warp subscription or Zaparoo Online account.
Does Warp back up my ROMs or cores?
No. Warp backs up saves, save states, settings, and Zaparoo data. ROMs, disc images, cores, and artwork can be re-downloaded and are not included.
Are cloud backups end-to-end encrypted?
No. Backups are encrypted in transit and stored privately with provider-managed encryption at rest. See our Privacy Policy for the complete access model.
