Finance first. Then law. Now building.
Grew up in Israel. Built a life in Perth. Work now between Australia and Israel.
I started in financial advice, then corporate finance: ASX listings, energy strategy, investment banking, crypto venture capital, and a stint as non-executive chairman of an ASX-listed company.
I retrained as a lawyer after deals kept dying on legal problems the finance side hadn’t spotted. Admitted in Western Australia in 2019. Later work included general counsel at the Fantom Foundation, and chairing the Law Society of WA’s Intellectual Property and Technology Committee.
The practice is now Moto Legal (formerly Nakamoto Legal): tokens, DAOs, payments, and AI in regulated industries. Alongside that I build at AutonoLabs, and I chair Yapper — a daily AI phone call for people in senior living.
The work sits where value, regulation, and code meet: advising, and building.
