Citizen Mirror
For the thing you keep replaying

Write down the thing you can't stop thinking about.

Most people open it after an argument they keep replaying, before a decision they have been putting off, or when the same pattern turns up again.
1
You write a few sentences — a paragraph is plenty.
2
An AI reads it once and answers with three things: what you seem to be actually saying, a guess at what's really driving it, and one question.
3
You keep the one line that rang true, on this device.
About ninety seconds, free, and nothing to install.
What a reflection looks like
"I've wanted to leave this job for two years. I have the offer. I still can't say yes."
What I heard
The decision is made everywhere except out loud.
I wonder…
I wonder if it isn't the leap you fear, but finding out who you are without the title you've outgrown.
A question to sit with
If security weren't watching, what would you have already done?
For your Constitution
Don't confuse the familiar with the safe.
Begin here
Your words go to a language model and come back. We keep no transcript of a sitting on a server, and nothing here needs an account.
What can't you stop thinking about?
Nothing is sent yet — your words come with you, and you choose when to look.
or, if you can't name it yet
What are you carrying today?
Why not just ask a chatbot?
You can, and it will talk to you for as long as you let it. This stops after one question, on purpose — the point is what you say next, not what it says. It ends with one line in your words that you can keep, and it never asks who you are.
Is this therapy?
No. Nobody here is licensed, nothing is diagnosed, and none of it is treatment. A therapist treats; a mirror only shows — this is built to be smaller than care, not a substitute for it. If what surfaces needs more than a mirror, it says so instead of pretending otherwise.

The two tools
Your Constitution
Unwritten, so far.
A Constitution here is just the list of principles you actually run on, in your own words. When a reflection turns into one, you keep it — and it becomes the first line of a document only you will ever hold.
Become someone you trust
"I thought I came here to solve my problems. I actually came here to meet myself."

The Common Constitution, weekly
A few principles from the commons in your inbox, most weeks. Each one is a single sentence someone kept in a sitting and then chose to publish from their own Constitution. Nothing else.
Your email goes to our newsletter service (Kit) — never stored by us, never linked to your reflections. Unsubscribe anytime.
Built by one person, not a company. It's free, there's nothing to buy and no ads — and nothing you write is sold or shared.
