what is locked on every phone

these are enforced on our side and re-applied automatically every few minutes, so there is no point changing them - they revert on their own. this is what keeps your mobile IP genuine and keeps the phone clean for whoever gets it next.

USB debugging stays on - it is the link we manage, support and re-lock the phone over. developer options are visible on purpose, but switching debugging off only cuts the phone off from us, and it is switched back on automatically
no sideloading - APKs from a browser, file manager or messenger are blocked. install from the Play Store or Galaxy Store instead
no Samsung account sign-in - the Samsung account app is switched off on every phone
camera and microphone are muted at the OS level - every app gets a black frame and silence
audio is muted - every stream sits at zero and the volume cannot be raised
Wi-Fi is off - the phone is cellular-only, so your traffic always leaves on the Singapore mobile IP
system and app auto-updates are off - an OTA would reboot the phone in the middle of your session
