Verify your connected Vanta organization via API and MCP It’s now easier to confirm which Vanta organization your API token or MCP connection is using, especially when managing multiple workspaces or demo accounts. (I know this will be especially useful for those of you part of larger organizations!) The Vanta API now provides the connected organization’s name, ID, and region through the /v1/organization endpoint. Vanta MCP exposes the same information through the read-only vanta://organization resource, making it easier to validate your connection before taking action and helps prevent changes from being made in the wrong organization.

Dynamic scoping rules for AWS, Azure, and GCP Managing cloud resources across business units and frameworks is now easier with the new Scoping Rule Builder! Instead of manually selecting resources, you can define rules based on attributes such as tags, regions, and key-value pairs. You can use Vanta Agent to set up your TPRM program, create vendors, launch assessments, review findings and alerts, summarize monitoring activity, and identify where your program needs attention. Visualize your Vanta data, thanks to Vanta Agent Vanta Agent can now generate charts directly in chat when answering questions about your historical program data. Instead of switching to Reports, you can explore trends, comparisons, and breakdowns in the same conversation. Note: These are chat-only charts. However, if you pair the charts with Custom Agents, they can generate Reports on a specific cadence. Ask Agent to show changes over time, compare results, or break down a snapshot, and it can choose an appropriate visualization, including line, bar, and ring charts. You can also ask it to reformat the results or explore a different breakdown. --- Availability: If you have Vanta Agent activated + Reports access, you have this available to you!
