Inspiration
Samsung, Apple, Microsoft, Google, what do all of these companies have in common? Well a lot actually, but the thing the thing relevant to our purposes today is the fact that these are all companies that have spent millIons on developing and training voice assistants, only to realize the fact that most people only really see them as novelties, and then spending millions more shoving them down people thoughts to make them seem like they were a good investment, however there is one group of people that don't need to be convinced, people with mild to moderate levels of visual impairment, the sheer utility of not needing to rely on their eyes to navigate the virtual world has made these applications particularly popular in these communities, however as hybrid working started, these voice assistant became ineffective.
What it does
It is an AI which is fully voice controlled, allowing you to do many things, from creating a zoom meeting, to searching anything on google.
How we built it
We built it using python, and tkinter for the GUI.
Challenges we ran into
We had faced challenges actually coming up with an idea, and understanding how to make the GUI. We took help from Google and our peers to understand how to face our challanges. Our video was also challenging to make as it was almost quite literally last minute.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Actually being able to make the AI, and connect it to other APIs.
