What it does
A full-fledged platform for disaster relief, response delegation for normal citizens and first responders.
How we built it
Using HashGraph, Nexmo SMS texting, Esri ArcGIS mapping technologies, OpenCV, Arity Risk Management, Mapquest/Verizon Thingspace and Api.ai chatbot alongside a custom parsing library. We also used React.js and Node.js.
