esmBot Terms of Service

By using esmBot ("the bot", "the service"), you agree to the following Terms of Service, as well as the associated Privacy Policy.

The service is operated by esmWorks LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company operating within the jurisdiction of the United States. All references to "the service" refer to products and services provided by esmWorks LLC.

You must abide by Discord Inc's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

You agree that the operators of the bot are not responsible for the content uploaded by other users on Discord.

You agree that any media submitted to the bot is free of any sexually explicit or adult content, gore, excessive violence, animal harm, or hate speech, especially with the intention to harass or shock others.

You agree that any media submitted directly to the bot will be processed by the operators of the bot. By submitting media to the bot, you give us consent to temporarily store, redistribute, and transform the media to provide our services in line with our Privacy Policy.

esmBot is a service that is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

You understand that the service may be altered or discontinued at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes, but is not limited to:

We reserve the right to refuse the service to any individual or Discord guild/server who we suspect may be breaking our Terms of Service, or for any other reason.
