We would like to know if it is possible to enable confidence score calculation when using a Split Model chained with an Extraction Model. Currently, when an Extraction Model is chained after a Split Model, there is no way to enable confidence score calculation for the Extraction Model results. Expected behavior We would like to have an option to enable confidence score calculation for the Extraction Model when it is used in a chain with a Split Model. Question Is there currently a configuration or option that allows us to enable confidence score calculation for this use case? If not, could this capability be considered for a future release? Thank you.

Feature Request

Today webhooks must be pre-registered per model in the platform UI, and the enqueue call only accepts webhook IDs (webhook_ids). There is no way to give a URL at request time. This does not scale well for us: We have N models and several environments (local, dev, staging, prod), so we have to create and maintain N x M endpoints by hand in the UI, plus one per developer for local work. Each environment then needs its own MINDEE_V2_WEBHOOK_ID value to keep in sync, so configuration lives half in your UI and half in our code. For local development the tunnel URL (ngrok, localtunnel) changes regularly, so a developer has to go back into the UI and edit the endpoint every time.

Feature Request

The Lock feature exists to improve security. But when we need to edit a locked model, the only option is to duplicate it and switch internally, which actually adds risk (parallel versions, wrong switch, lost traceability). Request: Allow models to be unlocked. An explicit, tracked unlock would be safer than the current duplication workaround

Currently, when a model is locked, the storage policy field becomes read-only and cannot be modified. This restriction doesn't seem necessary, updating the storage policy shouldn't have any impact on a locked model's integrity or behaviour.

On the Billing page, when I try to downgrade, the downgrade preview fails to load. I see the message: “Failed to load downgrade preview” and “Failed to calculate plan change cost”. I can click “Retry”, but the preview still does not appear, so I cannot confirm the downgrade.

🐛 Bug Report

We are seeing incorrect results for the supplier name field. The OCR returns the brand name from the page LOGO instead of the legal entity that issued the document. Example: on a receipt the header logo reads "Make", while the actual supplier (legal entity, tied to the address and US EIN 61-1797223) is "Celonis Inc.". The API returns "Make". What we have already tried, without success: Post-processing with a RAG step Adding explicit field guidance instructing the model to prefer the legal entity near the address and tax ID and to ignore header logos Neither resolves the issue. The model still favors the visually dominant logo over the legal name in the sender block. Questions: Is there a recommended way to make supplier_name prefer the legal entity (near supplier_address and supplier_company_registrations) instead of the header logo? Can this layout be submitted for model review or correction? If we annotate sample documents, will that improve extraction for this case? 🐛 Bug Report

When upgrading to Starter / Pro / Business, there is currently no option to enter an EU VAT number for company purchases, meaning VAT is always included in the final amount instead of being exempted for eligible EU VAT-registered companies.

🐛 Bug Report

We are currently facing issues while training documents in RAG. The issues are listed below: Trained documents are not being displayed in the list. Pagination is not showing properly. When we upload a document in RAG, it does not appear immediately. After refreshing the page, the uploaded document becomes visible. Once we validate the document, it disappears again from the list. Could you please check this issue and let us know why this is happening?

Feature Request

Hi there I have only spend 30 min. on reading about Mindee, but I hope it is ok that I already ask questons now. On behalf of a client I need to find a tool that is strong on OCR reading complex line item scenarios. Our initial project is load of purchase orders and later will try with invoices and inventory documents. And if that turns out to be successful, we will probably find other scenarios. Our coding will be SAP ABAP. Questions: 1) I have read the “Data Processing Agreement”, but I am a technician and as always I find the legal stuff to be written in gibberish. We would for sure start out with the Starter plan, but on the Organisation and Members page I can see that it is not possible to set the Default Processing Zone to Europe unless I have at least the PRO plan. My client is based in UK and EU and it is a requirement that no data leaves Europe. Is it guaranteed that no data leaves Europe? 2) I guess ABAP programming is what you call manual integration and in documentation you say “We do not recommend manually integrating”, but do know if you have customers that built the API calls in ABAP? 3) We expect a flow like a) OAUTH for authentication and get token b) REST API call to select schema and upload PDF c) Rest API call in poll loop until success or fail Is this a normal/possible flow? Best regards Thomas Madsen Nielsen

❓

Question

I encountered a bug with the PHP SDK v2 where webhook calls were not being received. After inspecting the SDK source code, I found a small issue that appears to be causing the problem. I’ve submitted a pull request with a fix. https://github.com/mindee/mindee-api-php/pull/175/changes/c4baa5459a741a24690145e3bdb13e257f596d90 Could you please review it? Best regards,

🐛 Bug Report

We are very interested in Mindee and are currently evaluating your solution. At the moment, we are using Rossum in production, and we are testing Mindee to compare both platforms and potentially switch if the results are successful. There is one important feature that is currently missing for our workflow: the ability to view documents uploaded via API directly in the Mindee interface, similar to how documents can be reviewed in the Live Test. This capability is very important for our operational and support teams, as it allows easier verification, troubleshooting, and collaboration when processing documents programmatically. We would really appreciate it if this feature could be considered for your roadmap. Thank you for your work and support. Best regards,
