Image Daniel Flanagan 31bbc6cd52 fix(pay): keep the payment page out of the sitemap 
The page is meant to be handed out directly, not discovered. Hugo has
supported front matter sitemap.disable since 0.125 and this repo builds
with 0.139, so no template change is needed.

Feeds already excluded it: RSS/Atom/JSON Feed are declared only for
section outputs and /pay/ is a root-level page. Verified by rebuilding
and grepping public/sitemap.xml and every built feed for the URL.
