Releases: FaFre/WebLibre
Release list
v0.40.0-alpha-5
What’s new
- Tab Groups in the quick tab switcher: Tabs opened from another tab can now appear together as a group. The switcher shows each group’s tab count and, while you’re in a group, a second row with its tabs. Tap a group to return to the tab you used most recently. Choose Tab Groups under Settings → Tab Stacking. When there isn’t room for two rows, WebLibre temporarily shows a simpler layout.
- View a website’s certificate: Open the site information sheet and tap the certificate row to see its details, when a certificate is available.
Improvements and fixes
- Extension actions and popups are more reliable, including on the home screen and after a tab’s browsing session is restored.
- Search-provider choices behave more predictably: Selecting a provider no longer shows a URL autocomplete suggestion that won’t be used when you submit the search. Your choice is cleared when you leave the search screen, so it won’t carry over to a later search.
v0.40.0-alpha-4
This alpha adds more ways to find what you need, greater control over search suggestions, and new tools for managing history and downloads.
What’s new
- Choose your app language. WebLibre’s interface is now available in German, Spanish, Indonesian, Russian, and Simplified Chinese, alongside English. Choose a language in Settings → General → App Language, or select System default. English remains the default until you change it.
- Find actions from search. Type in the search screen to find browser actions, settings, feeds, containers, and profiles. Tap a result to use it; pressing Enter still searches for the text as usual.
- Get better address suggestions. WebLibre can now complete addresses from your bookmarks, including paths within bookmarked sites.
- Control where suggestions come from. New Search settings let you turn history-based suggestions on or off. Searches in private tabs do not use remote suggestions or regular browsing history by default; you can opt in if you prefer. Turning off history suggestions does not delete your history.
- Manage history more easily. A Distinct URLs view groups repeat visits to the same address. You can also delete history from the last hour, today, the last week, or a custom date and time range. Time-range deletion clears matching entries from the downloads list but keeps the downloaded files.
- Remember your download app. If you use an external download manager, you can choose Always use this app when prompted. You can clear that choice in Downloads settings to be asked again.
Fixes and improvements
- Adding a site to your home screen now uses the storage or container associated with the tab you’re adding, including when you start from a tab card.
- History displays permanent and temporary redirects with the correct labels.
v0.40.0-alpha-3
This alpha makes tabs, gestures, and browser controls much more customizable, while fixing several navigation and refresh issues.
Highlights
- Customizable tab and toolbar gestures
- More control over where new child tabs appear
- Improved tab ordering and navigation
- Safer pull-to-refresh behavior
- New Clear Browsing Data shortcut
- More reliable color-scheme and user-agent settings
Gestures and Toolbar
- Reassign or disable swipes on the tab bar and side rail.
- Choose what happens when swiping a tab in the tab list or grid.
- Tab swipes can now close, bookmark, share, pin, duplicate, or move tabs.
- Customize what a toolbar button does when it is pressed and held.

- The toolbar customization screen has been redesigned for easier setup.
- Add Clear Browsing Data to the browser menu or toolbar.
- Existing tab-bar swipe preferences are preserved when upgrading.
Tabs and Navigation
- New New Child Tab Position setting:
- Insert child tabs directly after their opener.
- Place child tabs at the end of the tab list.
- Tab relationships remain intact regardless of the chosen display position.
- Improved ordering for tabs opened from links, pop-ups, and other containers.
- Fixed tabs occasionally appearing in the wrong position after restoring or reordering them.
- Fixed empty rows appearing in the two-level tab switcher.
- Back navigation from newly created search tabs now returns to the browser home screen instead of unexpectedly closing the tab.
- The home screen no longer shows the address and title of the tab hidden behind it.
- Pressing Back twice only closes a tab when there is somewhere sensible to return.
- Closing the last tab in a container no longer causes tabs in other containers to be closed unintentionally.
Pull-to-Refresh
Pull-to-refresh now responds only to intentional vertical page swipes.
It no longer activates accidentally during:
- Horizontal swipes.
- Nested scrolling.
- Pinch-to-zoom gestures.
- Double-tap zoom gestures.
- Fullscreen videos or games.
The refresh indicator also follows the app's current theme more reliably.
Settings and Appearance
- Changing the preferred light or dark page color scheme now updates all open pages, not just the current tab.
- Clearing a custom user agent correctly restores the normal browser behavior, including desktop mode.
- Android dynamic colors and surface colors are displayed more consistently.
Upgrade Notes
- Existing tabs, settings, and toolbar arrangements are preserved.
- New gesture controls use the behavior already configured in previous versions by default.
- The new tab-placement setting defaults to placing child tabs after their opener.
v0.40.0-alpha-2
This release improves downloads, shortcuts, startup behavior, and page customization.
Highlights
- Choose a download folder: Android users can select where WebLibre saves downloaded files under Settings → General → Downloads. The choice also applies to saved links, images, and media.
- More shortcut choices: Installable websites can now be added to the home screen either as a standalone app or as a regular browser shortcut.
- Remembered page layout: Home, new-tab, and search sections now remember whether they were expanded or collapsed, even after restarting WebLibre.
- Improved home-page navigation: Pages opened from the browser home page now return to that home page when pressing back, while keeping the tab available.
- More reliable incoming links: Fixed links, shared text, and home-screen widget actions sometimes being hidden by the startup page when WebLibre was opened from a closed state.
- Better reset behavior: “Reset to Defaults” now also resets section expansion and collapse settings.
Notes
- Custom download folders require Android’s folder access permission.
- If a selected folder becomes unavailable, new downloads fall back to the system Downloads folder.
- When an external download manager is enabled, that app controls the download location.
v0.40.0-alpha-1
This alpha focuses on a more adaptable interface, better keyboard and mouse support, safer app links, and improved reliability across different screen sizes.
Highlights
- A new responsive layout for phones, tablets, desktop windows, split-screen mode, and foldable devices.
- Customizable keyboard shortcuts for common browser actions.
- More powerful gesture controls with additional actions and easier customization.
- Safer and clearer links that open in other apps.
- Resizable side tab panels for larger screens.
- More reliable tab switching, suggestions, thumbnails, and page state.
Adaptive Layout
- The tab bar can now automatically move to a side panel on larger screens while remaining at the bottom on phones.
- Side panels can be resized, collapsed into a compact icon rail, or automatically hidden while using a mouse or trackpad.
- Wide side panels show tab titles, close buttons, browser controls, and multiple tab groups more naturally.
- Dialogs, menus, and settings pages are now sized more comfortably on tablets and desktop windows.
- Foldable devices place dialogs and sheets on the most useful side of the screen.
- Tab grids now adapt to the available space instead of using a fixed layout.
- Settings and other content no longer stretch excessively across very wide screens.
Tabs and Organization
- Tab group headers can now be expanded or collapsed without switching away from the current tab.
- Multiple tab groups can remain open at the same time on wide screens.
- Tabs can be reordered within a group or moved between containers by dragging.
- Reordering now explains when it is unavailable because a tab list is filtered or being searched.
- Wide side panels provide a more desktop-like tab list with readable titles.
- Tab selection and group expansion are more reliable when switching tabs quickly or moving tabs between containers.
Keyboard Shortcuts
- Added a new Settings > Keyboard Shortcuts screen.
- Common browser shortcuts are available for actions such as:
- Opening and closing tabs
- Switching between tabs
- Reloading pages
- Moving tabs
- Opening history, bookmarks, downloads, and settings
- Finding text on a page
- Adjusting text size
- Bookmarking pages
- Opening private tabs
- Shortcuts continue to work while a web page has focus.
- Shortcuts can be added, changed, removed, reassigned, or restored to their defaults.
- Browser menus can show shortcut hints when using a hardware keyboard or mouse.
Gestures
- Gestures and keyboard shortcuts now use the same browser actions.
- More browser actions can be assigned to gestures, including tab management, navigation, page tools, container switching, and opening browser screens.
- Gesture bindings can be added, edited, removed, or restored to their defaults.
- Gesture feedback and timing controls remain customizable.
- Gesture and keyboard shortcut settings are included in WebLibre settings snapshots.
App Links
- Links that can open in another app now provide clearer prompts showing the destination and the link being opened.
- Links from protected, private, or wallet-related contexts require explicit confirmation and cannot silently open another app.
- App-link prompts are less likely to become stuck, disappear unexpectedly, or act on a tab that has already been closed.
- When several apps can handle a link, the chooser avoids sending the link back to WebLibre or another browser.
- Remembered choices remain tied to the app you originally selected. If that app is removed or the available apps change, WebLibre asks again instead of silently choosing a different app.
- App-link choices for isolated containers are now easier to find and review.
- Missing apps and failed launches fall back more safely without repeatedly reloading or prompting.
- Sign-in and app callback links are handled more reliably.
Mouse and Trackpad Support
- Scrolling now affects the open menu or panel instead of the page underneath it.
- Side panels can be resized with the mouse.
- Cursor shapes and pointer handling are more consistent over web content and browser controls.
- Hardware keyboard input reaches web pages correctly when it is not a browser shortcut.
Reliability Improvements
- Fast typing in the address bar is less likely to display outdated suggestions.
- Tab titles, icons, and thumbnails are less likely to show stale information after rapid changes or session restoration.
- Resizing or temporarily minimizing a window is less likely to cause unnecessary page reloads.
- Closing and reopening tabs is more reliable.
- Desktop-mode navigation avoids unnecessary reloads when moving between pages.
- Extension icons and browser events are less likely to arrive out of order.
Upgrade Notes
- This is an alpha release and may contain unfinished behavior.
- If you customized gesture bindings in an earlier version, review them under Settings > Gestures > Gesture bindings. Existing custom assignments may need to be recreated in this alpha.
- On larger screens, the new Automatic tab-bar setting may place tabs in a side panel. You can select a fixed position under Settings > Toolbar & Layout if preferred.
v0.30.0
GeckoView 155.0
This release brings together eleven updates since the last stable version. It gives you more control over when links open in other apps, adds website notifications without needing Google, makes bookmarks and the home screen far more customizable, and improves how WebLibre connects through Tor and proxies.
Highlights
- App Links — decide when links open in other apps, with rules per site and per container
- Website Notifications — get notified by websites via UnifiedPush, without Google's involvement
- Bookmarks Rewritten — large bookmark collections load fast, and imports run smoothly in the background
- Redesigned Home Page — customize your sections, add a wallpaper, and choose where the search bar sits
- Clearer Connections — see at a glance how each tab is connecting, with more reliable Tor/proxy startup
- Bangs Overhaul — pin your favorite search shortcuts and use them right from the address bar
- Customizable Browser Menu — reorder or hide the menu items you don't use
- Settings Export & Import — copy your settings to another device in a few taps
- Engine Upgrade — GeckoView 155.0 for better compatibility and security
App Links (New)
The web is full of links that could open in another app — a YouTube link opening the YouTube app, for example. WebLibre now lets you decide what happens when a page tries to do that.
- Three modes under Settings > Browsing > Open Links in Apps: Ask before opening (default), Always, and Never.
- Remember your choice for a site — tap "Remember for this site" in a prompt, and revisit or undo any saved choices later from a "Remembered site rules" list.
- Per-site override in a site's settings: always open in app, always keep in browser, or follow your default.
- Advanced: per-container rules — containers with their own cookies can have their own App Links setting and remembered sites, separate from the rest of the app. Handy if you want a Shopping container to always stay in-browser while a Media container opens YouTube freely.
- Less disruptive prompts — a small banner asks about ordinary links so you can keep reading while you decide; links with nothing to show get a simple pop-up instead. Only one shows at a time, and they no longer get stuck on screen or vanish on their own before you've had a chance to answer.
- Closing a prompt without choosing now genuinely does nothing — it won't be treated as "No", and it won't be remembered as a permanent choice, like it sometimes was before.
- New setting: Wait for your answer — turn this on if you'd rather the page not start loading until after you've answered the prompt (normally it keeps loading behind the scenes while you decide).
- "Sign in with" flows now work properly — many sites let you sign in by bouncing you to another app and back (like "Sign in with Google"). This now works correctly even if you've set links to Never open other apps. A new Allow login app callbacks setting (on by default) lets you turn this back off.
- Extra care for your privacy — while browsing privately, through Tor or a proxy, or in a strict container, WebLibre never opens another app on its own — you're always asked, and it won't offer to remember your answer, so an anonymous session can't be linked back to you through another app. A few sensitive link types (like ones for payment apps, or links embedded in a page's own code) always require an explicit tap from you and can never open an app silently, and a remembered choice will never open a different app than the one you originally picked.
- This is different from the existing Intent Gatekeeper setting, which controls whether other apps are allowed to send links into WebLibre.
- Fixed some pages endlessly reloading themselves when they tried (and failed) to open an app you don't have installed.
Website Notifications (New)
Websites can now send you notifications — even when WebLibre isn't open — without going through Google.
- Moved out of Experimental into its own Notifications settings screen.
- Built on UnifiedPush, an open, Google-independent alternative to Firebase Cloud Messaging. Instead of routing through Google, you choose a delivery app you trust (such as ntfy, which you can even self-host) the first time you turn this on.
- The Notifications screen shows whether everything is set up correctly, and lists which sites currently have notifications turned on.
- Nothing is on by default: a site has to ask you for permission, and you need to have chosen a delivery app and granted Android's notification permission.
- Notifications are delivered reliably, even if your connection drops for a moment, and can still arrive while the app is fully closed.
- Your choice of delivery app and your subscriptions are kept separate for each profile.
- To stop notifications from a specific site, turn off notifications for that site (from its site info panel) rather than looking for an "unsubscribe" button in the Notifications screen.
Bookmarks
- Folders open instantly, even with a huge bookmark collection — WebLibre no longer tries to load your entire bookmark tree at once.
- Importing a large bookmarks file no longer freezes the app — you'll see a progress screen while it works in the background, and it finishes much faster than before.
- Safer imports — an empty or broken bookmarks file can no longer accidentally wipe out your existing bookmarks. Re-importing a Firefox export also rebuilds your Toolbar, Menu, and Unfiled folders more faithfully.
- More ways to organize your list — sort by title, web address, or date; show folders only; hide empty built-in folders; collapse everything with one tap. Your choices are remembered.
- New setting: what happens when you tap a bookmark — always ask (default, unchanged), open in a regular tab, a private tab, a Custom Tab, or an isolated tab.
- Better folder tools — add bookmarks straight into the folder you're viewing, move folders safely, merge a folder into its parent, and see how many bookmarks are inside before you delete a folder.
Redesigned Home Page
- Closing your last tab (or opening the app) now shows a proper home screen: a search bar at the top with voice and QR-scan buttons, and a scrollable list of sections below it — Quick Actions, Shortcuts, Recent Tabs, a daily Quote, and more.
- Customize your home screen — reorder sections, show or hide the ones you don't use, and reset to the defaults if you change your mind. The home page and the new-tab page can look different from each other.
- New setting: what to show when there's no tab open — the home page (default), your last tab, or a specific address you choose, with an option to apply this per container too.
- Better shortcuts — add one by hand by typing a title and address, hide every shortcut from one website at once, and removed shortcuts now actually stay removed instead of quietly coming back.
- Choose where the search bar sits — follow your tab bar (default), pin it to the top of the home page, or use the tab bar's own address field instead.
- Home screen wallpapers — pick a photo, with controls for blur and dimming so your text stays readable, and set a different wallpaper per container if you like.
- The home screen now centers itself nicely when you only have a few sections turned on, and the daily quote has a cleaner look with an easy refresh button.
Clearer Connections (Proxy & Tor)
WebLibre's proxy support is built on sing-box, the same open-source proxy engine it has used since the last release, supporting protocols like Shadowsocks, VMess, VLESS, Trojan, and WireGuard.
- Redesigned Connections screen — each tab now shows exactly how it's connecting ("This tab: Tor", "This tab: Direct connection", or "Blocked — start your connection first", with a one-tap button to start it). One screen lets you choose the connection for regular tabs, private tabs, an isolated tab, or a whole container.
- Each saved connection now shows what's using it, and ones nothing is using are hidden to keep the list tidy.
- Start Automatically — flag any proxy or Tor connection to start as soon as you open WebLibre, so it's ready before you need it.
- Isolated tabs can now use their own connection, separate from their container.
- Stronger privacy by default — WebLibre never sends your traffic over an unprotected connection by mistake. If a tab is supposed to use a proxy that isn't running, its traffic (and related background activity like search suggestions or site icons) is blocked rather than silently sent unprotected.
- Fixed proxies occasionally failing to start with a "connection already in use" type error.
- More reliable when opening links from other apps — a proxied link opened via a Custom Tab, a home-screen shortcut, or an installed web app now works correctly the first time, even if WebLibre wasn't already running; before, this could sometimes load nothing at all.
- These same proxied launches now show a clear "Connecting privately…" message while your connection starts, with options to try again, open normally, or cancel — instead of failing silently or opening unprotected.
- Websites you visit are now kept more strongly separated from each other for better privacy, and WebLibre uses a little less memory while sitting idle.
- New Proxy Logs screen for troubleshooting — filter by severity, copy or share what you're viewing, and adjust how much detail is logged.
- Importing WireGuard connections is easier and comes tuned with mobile-friendly defaults.
DNS over HTTPS
- Custom DNS-over-HTTPS providers you add are now saved in a list next to the built-in ones (up to 16), so switching between them is a single tap instead of retyping the address every time. Deleting the one you're using safely falls back t...
v0.30.0-alpha-11
This alpha is a stability and input-handling release: links and shares now open reliably every time, tabs no longer get stuck after restoring several at once, and mouse/trackpad scrolling behaves correctly around menus and panels.
Fixed
- Tapping a link in another app, or sharing a page to WebLibre, could silently do nothing if WebLibre was already running in the background — it now opens immediately and correctly, whether WebLibre was closed or already open.
- Sharing or opening the exact same link twice in a row was sometimes ignored the second time; genuine repeats now always open.
- Several links or shares arriving in quick succession right at startup could overwrite each other so only the last one opened — all of them are now delivered, in order.
- Tabs could occasionally get stuck without updating their title, icon, or address bar — most noticeable after restoring several tabs at once, or when a site was set to always open in a specific container. This could also leave a newly created tab blank or create an unwanted duplicate tab.
- The previous web page could briefly flash or linger behind other screens, like Settings, when navigating away from the browser.
- Pull-to-refresh no longer accidentally triggers while watching a fullscreen video or playing a fullscreen game.
- Closing an add-on's settings or popup screen while it was still opening should no longer risk a crash.
Improved
- Mouse and trackpad users (desktop mode, Chromebooks, or a mouse-connected tablet): scrolling the wheel now correctly respects whatever menu or panel is open on top of the page, instead of scrolling or highlighting the page underneath it.
- Bottom sheets — the browser menu, tab view, site settings, and similar panels — can now be resized, dragged, and dismissed with a mouse wheel or trackpad, not just by touch.
- Home screen tiles — shortcuts, the add-shortcut button, search shortcuts, and the supporter banner — now blend consistently with your wallpaper instead of showing a patchwork of different transparency levels.
v0.30.0-alpha-10
This alpha focuses on customization, easier settings transfer, smoother browsing gestures, and performance improvements.

- Menu layout, pinned add-ons, web search preferences, and home/new-tab layout stay on the current device for now.
- Sensitive values such as credentials are scrubbed from settings exports where possible, but you should still review exported files before sharing them.
- GeckoView 155 removed Mozilla’s old built-in cookie-banner handling support, so WebLibre no longer applies those removed engine settings. Normal privacy and tracking protection settings remain separate.
v0.30.0-alpha-9

- Single-finger scrolling and swipe-to-close still work as before.
-
Improved next/previous tab behavior:
- Tab switching now follows the visible tab bar/switcher order.
- Temporary tab tray filters, sorting, or collapsed groups no longer cause tab gestures to skip visible tabs or jump unexpectedly.
-
Added more control over tab close buttons:
- Show close buttons only on the active tab, on all tab chips, or never.
- Useful if close buttons in the quick switcher/tab bar were too easy to tap accidentally.
-
Added new custom gesture actions:
- Switch to next container.
- Switch to previous container.
- Open the container list.
Privacy & Safety
-
Added a new setting to allow screenshots in private tabs.
- Private tabs still block screenshots by default.
- Full screenshot protection still overrides this and blocks capture everywhere.
-
Profile backup, restore, and delete actions now explain restart effects more clearly.
- Backup now asks for confirmation before restarting.
- Restore-over-profile now has a clearer confirmation before replacing data.
- WebLibre now warns when the required restart will close private tabs or clear containers set to clear on exit.
- Regular tabs are clarified as reopening afterwards.
Home & Search UI
- The home screen now centers its content when only a few sections are enabled, instead of leaving everything stuck at the top.
- The daily quote module has been redesigned as a proper card with a clearer refresh button.
- Search/filter controls in History, Downloads, and Bookmarks are cleaner and more stable:
- Search opens from a consistent toolbar button.
- The same button clears or closes search.
- Filter controls no longer crowd selection mode.
Android Widget & Native Fixes
- The WebLibre home screen search widget now follows the system light/dark theme more reliably.
- On Android 12+, the widget can use the device’s dynamic Material You colors.
- Fixed a native theme issue that could affect Mozilla/Gecko permission UI, such as add-on permission prompts.
Polish & Reliability
- Improved tab tray gesture handling so two-finger gestures do not accidentally close tabs.
- Improved internal handling around browser/profile startup and proxy routing during app restarts.
- Added test coverage for tab ordering, tab tray gestures, container switching, home layout centering, and profile startup handling.
v0.30.0-alpha-8
This alpha focuses on safer proxy startup, home screen personalization, better search shortcuts, account recovery fixes, and smoother favicon/icon performance.
Highlights
- Added home page wallpapers with image selection, preview, blur, and dim controls.
- Containers can now have their own home wallpaper override.
- Proxied Custom Tab and PWA launches now show clear “Connecting privately” progress instead of failing silently or opening the browser without explanation.
- Search bangs are easier to use, pin, customize, and rank more predictably.
- Proxy logs are now easier to read, filter, copy, share, and configure.
New
- Added
Home & New Tab > Wallpapersettings. - Added wallpaper controls for blur and dim so text remains readable in light and dark themes.
- Added per-container wallpaper settings in the container editor.
- Added pinned search bangs so favorite search providers can stay in the quick provider strip.
- Added a long-press menu for bang chips with Pin, Unpin, Reset frequency, Edit bang, and Customize as your own bang.
- Added “Additional triggers” for custom bangs, allowing aliases such as multiple shortcut names for the same provider.
- Added a Proxy Logs entry under Proxy settings.
- Added proxy log level controls directly inside the Proxy Logs screen.
Improved
- Bang shortcuts now work directly in the address/search field, including forms like
!g catsandcats !g. - When a bang is typed into the search field, the provider icon updates while typing.
- Search suggestions, tabs, bookmarks, history, and feeds now search using the cleaned query instead of including the bang shortcut.
- Explicitly choosing or typing a bang now wins over URL autocomplete when pressing enter.
- Bang search results now rank exact and prefix trigger matches more reliably.
- User-created bangs now take priority over synced bangs with the same trigger.
- Frequent and pinned bang chips are now deduplicated and ordered more predictably.
- Proxy logs now use severity chips such as All, Errors, Warnings, Info, Debug, and Trace.
- Copy and share actions on the Proxy Logs screen now use the currently visible filtered lines.
- The log view now follows new lines more reliably and shows a “Latest” button when scrolled away.
- WireGuard imports now accept bare tunnel addresses and normalize them to
/32or/128. - WireGuard defaults were adjusted for mobile reliability, including MTU
1280and Persistent Keepalive25. - Favicon and site-icon loading should use less work while scrolling and flicker less when sites repeat the same icon.
- The browser now avoids unnecessary favicon refreshes for local,
.onion, IP, and internal URLs.
Fixed
- Restoring an older backup with an expired account session no longer discards the sync key. WebLibre now keeps the account identity and sync key, then asks you to sign in again.
- Fixed cases where a successful WebLibre Account sign-in could be lost after restarting the app.
- Revoked or expired account sessions are now handled differently from manually signing out, so recovery data is preserved when appropriate.
- Older “unclaimed” sign-ins are now explained more clearly and can be adopted or removed more reliably.
- Damaged old account records no longer break the account screen.
- Backup and restore handling for secure account, sync, and proxy credentials is safer and avoids leaving temporary credential data behind.
- Proxied containers, PWAs, and Custom Tabs now fail closed when routing is not ready, reducing the chance of accidentally opening something directly when it should use a proxy.
- Proxy and Tor startup handling is more reliable when launched from outside the main browser window.
- Cold starts now keep the needed background services active for routing, sync state, intent handling, icon cache updates, and settings replication.
- Custom Tab and PWA launches now offer clear actions such as Try again, Open in browser, Cancel, or Close when private/proxy routing cannot be prepared.
Updated
- Browser engine stack updated to Mozilla Android Components / Gecko
154.0, bringing upstream web compatibility, stability, and security improvements. - Several Flutter, Android, JavaScript, database, image, routing, and file-picker dependencies were updated.
Notes For Alpha Users
- Proxied PWA or Custom Tab launches may now visibly wait while WebLibre starts the needed proxy. This is intentional privacy-first behavior.
- Verbose proxy logging can slow browsing. Raise the log level only while diagnosing a problem, then set it back afterwards.
- Changing the proxy log level may restart a running proxy.
