Adds a SODAX section to the Cross-Chain infrastructure page, next to Axelar.
SODAX is an intent-based execution and liquidity system that connects Stellar with 20+ other networks. The entry describes what it does on Stellar (cross-network trades, a money market with XLM collateral, asset transfers) and the Stellar-specific behaviour developers need to know: trustline handling on source and destination, and sponsored activation for new 0-XLM accounts. It links to the SODAX quickstart and the two Stellar how-to guides.
Written to follow the contributing guide: descriptive, no comparative or promotional claims. The SDK is open source (MIT): https://github.com/icon-project/sodax-sdks
