Your meetings, protected at every step

Transcription

On-device transcription

Goodmeet uses an on-device transcription model to transcribe your meetings. The process is done completely on-device and is not shared with any third-party.

Summarization

Confidential computing

When you request a meeting summary, Goodmeet generates high-quality summaries in an isolated environment, using confidential computing to keep your data safe during this process.

Syncing and sharing

End-to-end encryption

When you're ready to sync those notes across devices or share them with team members, we use end-to-end encryption to keep them safe. With both protections, no uninvited parties can read your meetings, not even us.

No audio stored

We don't store your meeting audio. Meetings are transcribed, and the transcript is the only information source.

No model training

Your meetings are never used to train models, improve third-party systems, or build datasets

No bot in your call

Goodmeet listens through your Mac's own audio, so nothing extra joins the meeting or appears in the participant list.

Nothing we can hand over

We never hold the keys to your data. Even if we were required to hand it over, all anyone would receive is encrypted content that can't be unlocked without your devices.

With other notetakers,
your data is exposed
With Goodmeet,
your data is protected

Most notetakers send your audio to a shared server and keep a plain-text copy. Anyone with access can read it, and it can be used to train their models.

Frequently asked

How does Goodmeet protect my meeting data?

At every stage. Recording and transcription happen entirely on your Mac. Summarization runs inside confidential computing, which keeps your data protected even while it is being processed. And when you sync or share your notes, end-to-end encryption keeps them readable only by you and the people you authorize. Read more about privacy by design.

Where is my data stored?

Transcription happens on your Mac. Anything you sync or share is stored on servers in Belgium and the Netherlands, inside the EU, end-to-end encrypted so only your devices hold the keys.

Will my conversations be used to train AI models?

No. Goodmeet is designed so we can't train AI on your meeting data, even if we wanted to.

What is confidential computing?

Confidential computing keeps your data protected even while it is being processed. Learn more about confidential computing.

What is end-to-end encryption?

End-to-end encryption is a secure communication method that makes sure shared and synced content can only be read by you and the people you authorize. Even Goodmeet can't read it. Learn more about end-to-end encryption.

Which meeting apps does it work with?

Goodmeet captures your Mac's audio and microphone, so it works with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and any other call, as well as in-person conversations.
