Edit: this is no longer a problem. I suspect this might've been a 'chair-keyboard interface' issue. 😏
In my Favorites Bar, I changed the Google Search URL to Google's AI URL ().
I have Floccus set to sync on any changes, and every 30 minutes.
A short time later, the old Google shortcut has reverted to the legacy search URL.
Is there a trick to make sure my newest change is copied to my other browsers/computers?
Keep getting "E047: Failed to parse XBEL file. The XBEL data seems to be corrupted or incomplete." Delete it in google drive. Sync. Go to other device. Sync. Works. Everything is happy. Go back to first device. "E047: Failed to parse XBEL file." Been a few weeks now of rinse and repeat. Had changed nothing in my setup prior to recent issues.
I'm using the Zen Browser (so Firefox).
I've added the floccus extension.
Next, while attempting to make a Profile, after selecting Dropbox for sync, a window containing this message is created: "This app has reached its user limit. Contact the app developer and ask them to use the Dropbox API App Console to increase their app's user limit."
For now, I'll probably try the encrypted Google Drive route.
