Inexistent or (in best cases) slow and useless support. The app is often not working, providing all sorts of nonsensical errors. When it does, some of the promised app functionalities are not working.

Be aware that Shimo does not run on Apple Silicon. I've contacted their support about this and they said that they have no plans to support Apple Silicon in the future.

Terrible support, does not work on macOS 10.13 High Sierra, although their website states the opposite. Version 4.1.5.1 and 5.0.3 had a "time bomb" with an expired certificate that ended on 25 December 2021. Then version 5.0.4 came out that works only on newer systems. Tried version 4.1.5.2 and 4.1.5.3 that never worked. There is absolutely NO information on the above on the -so called- support section of the website, leaving the user in the dark. Have been a client of Shimo since version 1 and loved it, now very disappointed with it. After 2 months of waiting, I received today an email stating that "We are not intending to release another version." Too bad I wasted so much time on that.
