Stacks Foundation already have moderation power in their spaces and enforces codes of conduct through their delegates. It's a step forward to decentralize it to the community in an open participatory process.

I mentioned on the call today, you could have an elon musk type come in, be unliked by some and be incredibly innovative. Do we really want to give anyone the power to kick that guy out?
Better to have an open discussion than unspoken rules imposed on us. There are already explicit and implicit codes of conduct in effect and active moderation in community spaces.
