Claude Code (@ClaudeDevs) was adding 6s to every shell command on Windows. Its shell snapshot base64-decodes 92 functions through subprocesses on every call. 84 are git completion, which can't fire in a non-interactive tool. The 7-line guard that killed it 👇

Moving users from @WordPress to @laravel? Don't import them with User::create(). The hashed cast re-hashes every $wp$, phpass and MD5 hash, and those logins fail without an error. The import and hasher that keep their passwords 👇

@laravel's --parallel gives each test process its own database, named by worker number. Two runs both count from 1, so with 24 processes they share _test_1 to _test_24 and drop each other's tables. How lanes keep two runs apart 👇

Two @ClaudeDevs sessions on one @laravel app, each in its own git worktree, share one @MySQL database once .env is copied in. One migrate:fresh in the worktree took my test app from 1,000 users to 0. Separate databases and a Herd site per worktree 👇
