Either 1 or 2 things is true with this. 1. It eats usage at an insane level, so big subs only. Their Astra 2. It's not that good and they don't want everyone to know 👌🏻

Incredible downfall that needs to be studied. Google doesn't even have a consumer released leading model and they're doing stuff like this, which is nuts.

Google is changing Gemini model access starting Oct 9: • Free → Flash-Lite only • AI Plus → loses Pro models, Flash only • AI Pro & Ultra → retain access to Pro models

Has to be said. Between Opus && Sonnet 5.5 Anthropic has pulled ahead. And vs Astra and Sol 6.1 is just no compitition. Sonnet blows Sol 6.1 away for the same API costs. If Big A drops Fable 5.5 and it blows Sonnet & Opus away, they will have done a complete code mogging of OAI

Opus 5.5 is the first model we've seen break the 50% traffic threshold in T3 Code. Literally half of all prompts go to Opus

Well this looks like some sweet magic right here 🪄 If you don't know, for projects that have a web & mobile UIs normally you have to set up 2 separate testing libraries. Each with their own tests. And open source, huge!!

Introducing e2e The agentic testing framework for any app ~/ npx e2e init → Fully Open Source → Mix deterministic and agentic APIs → Supports web, mobile, and more → Bring your own agent and infrastructure → Run locally or in CI tester.army/e2e

So yesterday I finally had a little time to test out the new models. Sol 6.1 - good, much much better than 6. Def not Astra level coding. Sonnet 5.5 - wow 😮 did a huge RN refractor with react Doctor. Super impressive, Opus 5.5 level coding at Sonnet prices. And fast too 👏🏻

1st full day home today. Wife's doing better than she was in the hospital, but it's still pretty tough. At least we get to be home with our dog, who is giving my wife extra love & care. Such a sweetie 🥰 Guess we'll see how tomorrow goes 🤞🏻

Well fam we did it. After 5 super long days I finally got the wife back home with me and the dog. She's Still in a lot of pain, but that's surgery for you. Only like a 2:15 drive cuz not much traffic 🎉 We're both very tired, and need sleep 😴
