Superb product and technical support.

The EverWeb product is packed with features. I consider myself only modestly skilled with technology, yet I was able to build a customized website to my satisfaction. The user manual is helpful, and the video tutorials are excellent. Their demonstrations of features and how to utilize them help even someone at my skill level to achieve excellent results.

Of special note is the level of customer service they provide. Their Knowledge Base provides answers to many issues you might run across when building your site, and if you can’t find your answer there, opening a support ticket will get you a super fast response from one of there experts. I have been able to overcome any problem I’ve faced thanks to their excellent technical support. I strongly recommend!

Without doubt the best tech support in the business

I also work in tech support for a computer aided design program so I understand what it can be like. BTW I have nothing to do with Everweb(EW)

Without doubt EW has the absolute best tech support of any program I own or have ever owned. Not only are they seemingly 24 hours and not only polite, direct and knowledgable they don't just direct you to a webpage or a Help page. Instead they actually outline the steps required to rectify the issue. In my case it's nothing to do with the software as such but just my knowledge mostly.

I have used them over the years and each and every time the service and attitude is the best in the business. This makes using EW such a pleasure, plus it works so well! Thank you EW Tech Support!!!

After the recent update to Everweb 4.5

After the recent update to Everweb 4.5. I was having some issues with some parts of our website that were made many years ago. I was really confused and starting to panic. I opened a ticket with Rage and within minutes I received a response. I was able to converse via email about my concerns. All it took was about two emails with John to find out how to fix my issues. Exceptional customer service! I highly recommend them.

I’ve been using EverWeb for many years now. I started with their software to create several websites and later moved to one of their hosting plans so I could have all my websites and domains with them. The transition was very smooth, and I’ve always been very happy with EverWeb, especially their customer support.

Whenever I’ve had a question or needed help with one of my websites, hosting, or email, their support team has always responded quickly and taken care of the issue. Their customer service is top-notch!

EverWeb is absolutely the BEST! They offer a wide range of templates that are easy to use and to customize, and there are plenty of easy-to-understand "how to" videos (with transcriptions) to help. There's no need to know anything about coding. And their tech support is superb — quick and helpful, with real people :). I have used EverWeb ever since the demise of iWeb, but only in waves not all the time. Not only is the user interface brilliantly simple but well done so are all the widgets and formatting.

There's no excuse for anyone with no knowledge of web building or even like me not using the program for a while to get productively straight back into it.

What really takes the cake are the videos and support. The support in particular is second to none. Responsive, helpful and just perhaps the best I've consistently had from any piece of software and I work in computer aided design so I use a lot of different programs. EverWeb is a bargain and a joy.

I was a Godaddy Client for a decade. Using Everweb to build my websites. However, Godaddy has since switched to almost exclusively WordPress and their support techs know no other web building software nor FTP software except filezilla. After 3 days of frustration at their lack of support. I switched to Rage. Moved all my hosting and 5 websites to them. Their support has been phenomenal, software bullet proof and costs 1/2 a much.

I migrated from iWeb a few years ago and found EverWeb to be very intuitive. In the past two weeks, I've completely redesigned my site to be a responsive website.

There were some difficulties getting used to the various options and the added complexities of a responsive site. However, the EverWeb support team is superb! After uploading the site to the team, we communicated via email and they helped me sort out all my problems.

Alexander worked with me for HOURS to figure out the issue with publishing my website....and he kept on until he figured out what the problem was.

It wasn't EverWeb's issue but the existing host I was using. I tried for 3 days talking to many people at the host site and they couldn't figure it out.

The very quick response to my questions is a super plus. That, and the fact the response is knowledgeable and effective. I make films, not websites. But I need websites for the films I make. And need to change details on the websites often.

So so so many website-building-and-managing software outfits have algorithmic responses, virtually useless, even moronic. It's such a pleasure to be able work through issues with experienced and engaged human beings. A super big PLUS. It's exactly this which makes it so easy to be a loyal longterm customer.

Easiest to use webpage program I've found.

I tried many webpage design programs and EverWeb is by far the easiest program I've ever found…it’s very intuitive. Everything is drag-and-drop.

I've been using EverWeb since 2013, it works so well

I've been using EverWeb since 2013, when Apple discontinued iWeb. I started with the standalone app and used a range of domain hosting.

Finally I signed on to the hosting package too.

I've never looked back, It's great to use, and the app is always being updated and refined. The uploading FTP is seamless and fast.

It's a no brainer if you want to design modern websites with a little knowledge, but not an expert. Use it !!.

EverWeb Websites

I switched to EverWeb when iWeb finished. It is similar and very easy to use. Publishing direct to EverWeb instead of FTP made it easier still.

I've had a lot of help over the years from the support staff who have always been patient and helpful.

My last issue was with two domains that vied with each other when I published entire site. The support staff fixed that by re-directing one domain to the other, and with other helpful suggestions. Great relief and much appreciated!

Excellent customer service!

Like many others have written, I came to EverWeb by RageSW after Apple discontinued iWeb.

iWeb seemed to work the way my mind worked, so it seemed so intuitive to me, limited its functions may have been! I tried a bunch of other programs before settling on EverWeb.

I had lots of problems remaking our website in EverWeb. The support staff has been absolutely patient and fantastic in helping me through those issues! Plus, their development has been wonderful in improving the program over the years!

The transition to building responsive webpages has also not been easy, but to their credit, they have been most supportive and quick to implement improvements! Bravo RageSW!
