shipped a little rust quota daemon i've been wanting
`quotad` + `quota` (+ optional ctl). uses what's already logged in. no cookie scraping. socket for anything else to read.
lean enough that idle is one thread and a few MB. install is just `./install.sh`.

which tool out there does the best math on my inference quotas?
like ik there's mac-native apps etc.
i need a dead-simple tool or even a daemon that captures what's already logged in - gets my usage numbers as detailed as possible.
