• Komp.ai - I'm starting a FinTech company with some friends, to create credit scores from mobile data. While respecting users' privacy, imagine that! But seriously. Should be cool.
• I have recently gone a bit crazy with picking up / maintaining open source projects
  • AnkiDroid - Like flashcards, but with spaced repitition as secret sauce. 2.1 million users right now (!!). Google Summer of Code organization 2021 and 2022
  • React Native Firebase - the official library for Firebase on react-native. I'm the primary maintainer on behalf of Invertase. More than 10,000 github stars
  • Google Analytics Java - an analytics library guaranteed to be compatible with open source licenses
  • React Native Device Info - hardware info bindings for react-native - a formal react-native-community project
  • Maintaining a few others - react-native-netinfo, react-native-fbsdk-next, etc
  • React Native Update APK - update your app even if not in the play store.
  • StackExchange nerd-ery - All of this generates the predictable amount of questions and wisdom shared, which I try to post on stackexchange to help others if possible

Much older stuff, all defunct, but funny as a list, to remind me of times past:

• Linux on Dell Latitude D800 Notebooks - horrible to even contemplate these days but it was great stuff at the time
