Current Projects Under Development

On The Park Apartments

SARASOTA, FL – A Multifamily Mixed-Use Development planned with 48 apartments and commercial/retail located at ground level. Approximately 20 unites will be set aside to accommodate the County Sheriff staff and officers.

Sarasota Station

SARASOTA, FL – 202 workforce housing apartments, four 6-story buildings, clubhouse and amenities. Themed after the historic Suncoast Sarasota Railroad. 81% of the rental units will be set at or below 80% AMI.

Venice Avenue Apartments

VENICE, FL – 135 newly-built Workforce Apartments, all 80% AMI or below. This development will include two 4-story buildings and a clubhouse.

Artscape

SARASOTA, FL – Innovative housing concept designed specifically for artists, performers, and employees within the creative community. Planned to include 75 artist apartments, a new Arts & Cultural Alliance office, shared arts stages, and gallery hall.

The Nest Apartments

BRADENTON, FL – 182 Workforce Apartments, 100% under 80% AMI, in collaboration with Manatee County. Target completion 2025.

Palm Gardens

ORLANDO, FL – 150-unit hotel to multifamily apartment conversion. 100% rents at below 80% AMI. Partnership with City of Orlando provided grant. Final CO Dec 2024.

Our Grove at Harbor House

ORLANDO, FL – Domestic violence shelters in collaboration with the City of Orlando and Harbor House. Complete design, build and development of an 8-unit multifamily building and a single-family residence.

Forest Cove of Manatee County

BRADENTON, FL – A mixed-use multifamily employer based community development through private & public partnerships. Rents with utilities set at or below 30% of employee annual wages. 

Teacher Housing Development

ARCADIA, FL – Custom sized mixed-use multifamily development for the School District of DeSota County to help improve employee retention and recruitment. Complete turn-key solution from development to management. Rents with utilities set at or below 30% of employee annual wages.

Forest Cove of Manatee County

BRADENTON, FL – Planned to be an employer based community with approximately 328 units, a public center and amenities. A variety of studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom units will be available.

MANATEE COUNTY, FL – 182 apartment units, 100% workforce housing, two 3-story buildings on a 10 acre site.

Palmetto Project
