Open Access: Starting January 1, 2026, ACM has fully transitioned to Open Access. Several institutions participate to the ACM Open program, meaning that authors from these institutions do not have to pay article processing charges (APC). There exists also an APC Waivers and Discounts Policy. All the information can be found in ACM's web page.
