A New Year, a new blog!!!!!

The chippy blog will be no more, bitter sweet, but necessary.  Way too many bad memories there....... My Christmastime.......



 Well, first a look at why I can't get anything done around here.  I just can't stop looking at this face.  Never knew how much I could love this little guy....... It has been a crazy month for me, and I can't believe this is the first post I have done in December.  Where has the time gone???? Earlier in the month my son was in a wedding in Savannah, Ga, and I was a lucky duck to get to travel with them to take care of the baby.  Still pinching myself I got to spend all that time with them.  Then a very sweet friend of mine for many years passed away early last week.  She was such a dear and sweet friend and I miss her already.  I totally missed posting pictures of Lakewood this month, so they are included.  But, I was very disappointed Lakewood had been really booming for me the last 7 or 8 months, I really loved my booth this month, but it was like no one came, like the doors were locked.  Oh well, staying positive for next month.  Also, I finally ventured out to make some pictures of our white Christmas here.  How lucky was that???? Hope you enjoy and I hope to get better at posting.

Hey y'all, I wanted to share some photos of my Friend Lisa's, home. I have been fortunate to get to decorate her house for about 15 years now and it just gets better every year. She has gorgeous taste and all her decorations are just over the top. So it is always fun for me to go up and play. Her home is three floors and about 8000 square feet so it takes me a few days. I spend one day on the outside, but it was dark when I left so I didn't get photos. Love her tree it is 15 feet!!! She likes bows on everything (love that), she and I always say, if in doubt, put a bow on it!!!!!!



And of course, my little Dean, 3 months old now and 15 pounds......I could just eat him up!!!!

And look he is sitting up in the jumperoo!!!!!

Lakewood 400 November Show

Barn Sale at Tu Ere.........



Hey y'all, my sweet friend Carol from Lakewood asked me to set up at this gorgeous estate in Cumming, this weekend.  It is located at 2630 Old Atlanta Road and is just the most wonderful place you have ever seen.  Owned by Cindy Lesman it is just breath taking.  Lots of vendors, food, and music.  So come on out and see us.

Country Living Fair 2010, Stone Mountain, GA

Hey y'all, today I headed down to Stone Mountain to the Country Living Fair.  My friend Victoria has been talking about this show for a year and I just had to check it out.  And I am glad I did cause there was a little bit of Texas there........First stop Carolyn Westbrooks Home........I love the way Carolyn decorates and miss her so much now that she no longer comes to Lakewood.  She is such fun.  I kept having to remind myself to move on, cause I just wanted to stay and talk to her and laugh, she's a hoot.........





and next Miss French Vanilla, herself was there, Peg and John VanDyne, always a show stopper....





Sue Whitney was sporting a skirt made by the guy who sells the British Transit signs, too cute.......



Too die for, I always love this guys stuff in Texas, and this time it was grey, Fabulous!!!!
