What photography services do you offer?

We specialize in a variety of photography services, including portraits, headshots, fine art photography, and event coverage. Each session is tailored to fit your unique needs and vision.

How do I book a session?

Every session is different, so the first thing to do is have a chat with us about what you need and how, when and where we can achieve that.

You can call us or book a call back, book a zoom call, send us a text, or send us an email.

Do you require a deposit to book a session?

Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due before the final delivery of images.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, financing options are available.

Can I reschedule or cancel my session?

Absolutely, we understand that life happens. You can reschedule your session up to 48 hours in advance. Cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit, but we’ll be happy to work with you to find a new date.

How long does it take to receive the final images?

Typically, it takes 7-10 business days to process and edit your images. Should you need a faster turnaround, this can be accommodated. Processing times may vary depending on travel and seasonality.

Can I choose my favorite images for editing?

Yes! After your session, you’ll receive a gallery where you can select the images you’d like us to finalize. Additional images beyond those included in your package are available for an extra fee.

Do you provide raw files?

No, we do not provide raw files. The consistently high quality of our final product is of utmost importance to us and nothing unfinished leaves our studio.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept various forms of payment, including all major credit/debit cards, American Express and PayPal. Invoices are available on request.

Can I request additional retouching?

Absolutely! Basic retouching is included in your package. For enhanced retouching, like contouring or color changes, an additional fee per image may apply. This can be agreed before any work is undertaken.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we do! Contact us directly for information on how to purchase a gift card for a session with 2 Light Studio.
