The Networking Scheme will go live mid-January 2026, when you will automatically receive a login to the email address you used when registering for ILMC.
The Networking Scheme will then be updated with new registrations every Friday afternoon.

Universe will despatch VAT receipts within six weeks of a registration.

This option is at our discretion and is not possible for either super early-bird or walk-up rates.

You can cancel your registration until 6pm GMT on Friday, 30th January 2026. An admin fee of £60 will be deducted.
Alternatively, or once the refund deadline has passed, you can change the name on your ILMC registration up until the ILMC pass is collected at the event for a name-change fee of £35 (plus the £30 difference if changing from a previous delegate to a new delegate).
Please note that changes to ILMC registrations will NOT be passed on to the hotel, so any accommodation booked in your name must also be amended by you.
Tickets to the Gala Dinner can be cancelled and refunded until the same deadline minus a 12.5% admin fee.

Through the ILMC Networking Scheme!
It allows sportsmen and women to communicate with each other in advance of the conference in order to pre-arrange meetings. The contact details for all delegates will be listed in The Globetrotters Guide (the conference guide you will receive upon your arrival at ILMC), but the Networking Scheme is the only way to access each other’s details in advance.
The Royal Lancaster offers unmatched networking spaces, including the Nine Kings Foyer, The Park Restaurant, and Strangey’s Bar, which will once again be hosted by Legends Global, and our ILMC pub!
Each of these areas includes comfortable seating, tea & coffee, or bar service.
