AAEXTENSIONS LICENSING TERMS

By using, purchasing, or installing any extension from AAEXTENSIONS (https://aaextensions.com), you agree to the following licensing terms and usage conditions.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement forms a binding legal agreement between you (the user) and AAEXTENSIONS. It outlines how you can use our extensions, what’s allowed, and what isn’t.

Licensing Overview

AAEXTENSIONS extensions are distributed under two types of licenses:

1. GNU General Public License (GPLv2)

  • Applies to the core PHP code of most extensions.
  • You are free to use, modify, and share this code as long as you follow GPLv2 terms.

2. AAEXTENSIONS Proprietary Use License v1.0

Applies to non-code elements, such as:

  • Images
  • Stylesheets (CSS)
  • JavaScript files
  • Documentation/Manuals

These files are copyrighted and not covered under GPL. They may not be:

  • Shared separately
  • Repurposed for other projects
  • Resold or redistributed without written permission

You may use them within the extension as intended. You may not extract or reuse them elsewhere without consent.

If you’d like to license such files for other use, please contact us directly.

Usage Terms

Domain Usage Limits

You may install and use the extension on up to two websites/domains per single license.

If you require use on more than two domains, you must purchase additional licenses.

Premium Support

Premium support is provided only for the registered domain(s) used during the initial license activation.

Subscription and Support Policy

  • Your purchase includes:
    • 6 months of updates
    • Access to premium support

Renewal: After 6 months, you must renew your subscription to continue receiving future updates and priority support.

Modification Policy

You may customize or extend the PHP code of our extensions.

We do not provide support for issues caused by your custom modifications.

Licensing Reminder:

  • GPLv2 allows PHP code modifications.
  • Proprietary files (e.g., CSS, JS, images, manuals) may not be shared or sublicensed.
  • Always preserve copyright information; do not remove license headers or ownership attribution.

Prohibited Use

At AA EXTENSIONS, we are committed to moral, spiritual, and ethical values.

Use of our extensions is strictly prohibited for any purpose that violates these values, including but not limited to:

  • Pornographic or sexually explicit content
  • Promotion, sale, or advertisement of:
    • Alcohol
    • Drugs or intoxicants
  • Gambling, lotteries, or betting services
  • Interest-based (riba)
  • Blasphemous, disrespectful, or anti-religious material
  • Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal business practices

Violation of these terms may result in immediate license revocation without notice.
