This year, you need to purchase a refundable ticket through ADTRAV (instructions can be found here).
A couple of reminders when purchasing your flight:
- Acuity will pay coach fare for your travel accommodations.
- You will need to fly in on Tuesday, September 23.
- You will need extra travel time of 1.5 hours to and from the airport and remember to block time to make it through security.
- The hotel is directly next to our offices/event venue and is approximately 18 miles from the airport. We suggest you Uber or Lyft, which we will reimburse as well.
- Driving to AcuityCon? If your trip is more than a one-hour drive, Acuity will reimburse .67 cents per mile.
- If you are driving outside/inside the Atlanta area and need to stay in the hotel, the parking is an extra cost at the hotel and can be reimbursed.

- You will need to come on Tuesday, September 23.
- When making reservations, choose your date(s) first before finalizing your room choice.
- Check in is at 3pm and check out is 12pm.
- Free breakfast from 6am – 9am.
- Parking is available at the venue and can be reimbursed.
- Please RSVP, even if you are attending virtually.
- We will also share login information on our #acuitycon2025 Slack channel.

Acuity will reimburse you for your travel, hotel, food and transportation. (Instructions on how to create an expense report can be found here.)

September 10, 2025, is the last day to secure a room with our room block discount.
Yes! Acuity will provide all meals and drinks while you attend the event. If you noted any special food requests when you RSVP’d, we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
The event is casual, this includes jeans, sweaters, t-shirts, sneakers.
Your manager will have that information and we will share it on Slack in the AcuityCon channel.
No, we have AcuityCon for the simple reason to come together, learn, and develop into a stronger team. It is important to stay connected and enjoy the wonderful people we work with. We will reimburse you for all your expenses (travel, hotel, and food).
We will be using Workday for expense reimbursement. For help submitting an expense report, watch this video in LCvista.
