My writing focuses on museum experiences and the work behind them. I’m interested in how people encounter museums, how those experiences are shaped, and how museums and similar public spaces continue to evolve.
I’ve contributed chapters to multiple museum books, often co-writing with colleagues, and have written about artists and creative practice. I’ve also contributed to each of the International Audience Engagement (IAE) guides.
