Soon, visitors to the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center will step into re-imagined common areas that are anything but common! We are planning many improvements to the lobbies, pre-function areas, and meeting rooms that will not only provide plenty of local flair, but also feature useful technological advances that will leave our guests saying WOW!

The New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center is evolving. As part of our $763 million Capital Improvement Plan, the facility is being reimagined to embody the rhythm, color, and culture of New Orleans. In this video, Convention Center Chief Operations Officer Adam Straight and Terri Dreyer, owner and managing partner of our architect of record, NANO, explain how each design element reflects the spirit of the city we call home.
Thanks to the dedication of AECOM Hunt, the premiere construction management firm for large and complex projects, our facility has undergone significant renovations with no disruptions to the 220+ events at NOENMCC while their work was in progress. Check out this video to learn more!
