ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
  • Qualification: BE/BTECH(CS/IT),BCA, MCA,BCS,MCS.
  • Pass out Year: 2024/2025.
  • Percentage Criteria: NA.
  • Any Bond: No.
  • Certificate(If Any): CCNA, CompTIA A+, MCITP.
Approx. Package: Rs. 3,00,000/- Per Annum 
                                              Roles & Responsibility:
1. Provide end-user support across hardware, software, and network-related issues.
2. Configure, install, and maintain IT systems, laptops, and workstations.
3. Monitor and optimize system performance while ensuring data security and compliance with IT policies.
4. Collaborate with external vendors for specialized IT solutions and troubleshooting.
5. Manage IT asset inventory and enforce security protocols to prevent breaches and data misuse.
6. Identify anomalies, suggest workflow improvements, and support policy awareness across the organization.
        Skills Required:
1. Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
2. Expertise in system configuration, installation, and maintenance.
3. Proficiency in cybersecurity practices, including two-factor authentication and data protection.
4. Analytical and problem-solving skills to detect anomalies and optimize system performance.
5. Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with vendors and internal stakeholders.
6. Knowledge of IT asset management and workflow/process improvement methodologies.
