
Peter Emolemo Kesitilwe is the Chief Executive Officer of the African iGaming Alliance (AiA), a pan-African industry body representing licensed online betting and gaming operators across more than 20 African jurisdictions. AiA provides a structured platform for engagement between industry, regulators, and policymakers, with a focus on sustainable regulation, responsible gaming, and effective channelisation into regulated markets.
He is a Member of the Clarion Gaming Regulatory Advisory Board, advising on global regulatory programming for ICE and World Gaming Forum, a a former Trustee of the IAGR and the GRAF. He also serves on the EXCO of the African Organisation for Standardisation (ARSO), contributing to the harmonisation of gambling standards across African markets.








Ekaterina Mayorova brings 14+ years of experience spanning the iGaming and technology sectors. She currently serves as Head of Africa at QTech Games, where she leads regional market expansion and strengthens operator partnerships across Africa’s fast-growing iGaming ecosystem.
Prior to this, Ekaterina held the role of Senior Business Development Manager at PandaScore, driving strategic growth and commercial relationships.




Robin Bennett currently serves as the Head of Department: Regulatory Compliance at the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board, where he oversees compliance activities of all licence holders within the province.
He began his career at the Board in 1997 in the Licensing Department, gaining extensive experience in regulatory processes. In 2005, he briefly transitioned into the gambling industry as the National Compliance Manager for a Limited Payout Machine Operator, before returning to the Board in 2006 as Compliance Manager.




Fabrice NIRAGIRA is a seasoned professional with experience spanning sports administration, development projects, entrepreneurship, and public sector leadership.
He began his career in 2015 at the Burundi Football Federation, where he served as Director of Marketing and Communication until 2018. In this role, he was responsible for managing the federation’s marketing strategy, communications, and public engagement, contributing to the visibility and organizational development of football in Burundi.
