Requirements
What to Build
Develop a new groundbreaking solution that uses Agentforce. Specifically, build a new agent using Agent Builder in Salesforce and a series of custom actions to solve a business problem.

The agent can be internal (employee) or external (customers, partners) facing. The project must illustrate the capabilities of Agentforce and solve a specific business problem.

What to Submit

Include a video (about 5 minutes) that demonstrates your submission. Videos must be uploaded to YouTube, Vimeo, or Facebook Video and made public.

Judges will not be required to watch beyond 5 minutes
