What is the AI Hackathon?
AI is driving the future of tech innovation, and this hackathon is your chance to dive in! With a focus on multi-modal agents, you'll explore the fundamentals behind cutting-edge AI applications—not just building solutions, but understanding how they work in the real world. Why join?
- Gain hands-on experience with AI technologies
- Compete for a $600 prize pool
- Get your project featured in the developer community
- No need to be an AI expert—if you have coding skills and ideas, you’re more than ready to take part.
Requirements
Functioning App
- The project does not need to be fully functional but should have at least a working prototype demonstrating the AI agent’s core functionality.
- Acceptable submissions include a clickable prototype, an AI model demo, or a recorded simulation of the app in action.
- If the app is not fully developed, participants must provide detailed documentation and a roadmap for further implementation.
Specific Tools
- Projects must use at least one AI/ML component such as an AI model, chatbot, image recognition system, or natural language processing tool.
- Participants are encouraged to use AI APIs, SDKs, or public datasets, but they are free to develop their own AI models.
Topic / Categories
- Projects must fall under one of the approved AI-driven problem-solving categories, such as:
- Fake News Detection
- AI-Powered Study Assistant
- AI for Personal Finance Management
- AI for Environmental Awareness
- AI-Powered Resume Checker
- Study Planner & Smart Note-Taking
- AI for Exam Preparation, etc.
- Participants may propose their own AI use cases as long as they align with the goal of solving a real-world problem.
Platform
- The AI project can be developed for any platform, including web, mobile, or desktop applications.
- It can be run as a web app, mobile app, chatbot, API service, or even a hardware-integrated solution.
- If the app is deployed, provide a hosted URL or installation instructions for testing.
New vs. Existing
- Projects must be newly created for this competition.
- Existing projects are eligible only if they include significant new AI functionality developed during the hackathon.
- Participants must document what changes or new AI features were added.
App Store
