ABOUT AIBA
The AIBA conference has been created to bridge the gap between AI innovators and business leaders, corporates, start-ups, global and local organizations, and society. We aim to create a space for discussions on cutting-edge technologies, guided by the principle: humans first, AI as a tool.
Engagement in this conference will connect you directly to these decision-makers, allowing you to cut through the noise and find precise and clear answers about the AI landscape that’s evolving at pace. So, whether you’re a burgeoning AI innovator, a global tech entity, or an organization that provides services and support, let’s co-create an event that empowers digital transformation of businesses and the region.
Our vision: By 2030, AIBA will become one of the world’s leading festivals of innovations and new technologies for business leaders, AI solution creators, and the local community.

OUR
STORY
OUR STORY
The story of AIBA began in 2023 at the Silesian Startup Foundation. Focused on strengthening Silesia’s innovation ecosystem, the Foundation’s cofounders – Kuba Nagórski and Małgorzata Skorupa – searched for the topic that would bring the biggest value to the local community. At first, they wanted to explore HR’s role in the tech era. But with AI’s rapid rise, both thrilling and uncertain, the focus shifted. Soon, the idea of organizing a conference that fills the gap between AI innovators and business leaders, corporates, start-ups, global and local organizations, and society was created…
From day one, AIBA aimed to offer global insights and meaningful, content-rich presentations. Key partners quickly joined: Joanna Brasset and Studio Into, bringing visionary thinkers from around the world, and Miłach Furmankiewicz with the Cloudyna team, shaping the agenda for the tech-minded and AI builders.

ABOUT THE LOCALIZATION
Silesia
Located in the southern part of Poland, this vibrant region is known for its rich industrial heritage and deep roots in coal mining. Today, it’s also one of the country’s most dynamic areas for business and innovation, especially in sectors like automotive, automation, robotics, and IT. In recent years, the region has been actively growing its innovation ecosystem, making it an exciting place for forward-thinking companies and creative minds alike.
Katowice
As the capital of the Silesian Voivodeship and the heart of the Metropolis GZM, Katowice is a city where rich history meets bold transformation. From its industrial roots to striking examples of modern architecture, it’s a place that beautifully blends the past with the future. In 2015, UNESCO recognized Katowice as a Creative City of Music, and with its connection to blues and vibrant cultural scene, it is a city that resonates with sound and soul.
The Silesian Museum
One of Katowice’s most iconic landmarks is its main museum, uniquely located on the grounds of a former coal mine.
