Attending the conference

The conference is ideal for business leaders, AI innovators, corporate professionals, start-up founders, and anyone interested in the intersection of AI and business.

The AIBA Conference is open to everyone - both those just beginning their journey with AI and experienced professionals. Each talk will be labeled with its level of advancement.

Attendees will gain insights into integrating AI with business from industry leaders, network with peers, and learn about the latest AI trends and innovations. This conference is filled with discussions, debates, and networking that will not only challenge your point of view on AI but also enable you to build strong relationships with AI experts worldwide.

All sessions will be held in English. For attendees who are not comfortable with hearing English sessions, we will provide access to AI-powered real-time translation in more than 30 languages, via their smartphones.

The conference will run from October 8th to 10th, and only people with a valid ticket (Online, Onsite, VIP, Student) can participate in the conference. Lectures, debates, and discussions will be held at the Silesian Museum in Katowice from October 8th to 9th. This part of the conference will be available offline (for approximately 900 participants) and online (unlimited). On October 10th, workshops with selected keynotes will be held. The workshops will be organized in-person only, and the number of attendees for each workshop is limited (up to 30 people). To participate in the workshops, a separate ticket ("Workshop ticket") must be purchased.

Registrations, & tickets purchase

To attend the conference, you must have a ticket (QR code sent via e-mail during registration) in your name. Tickets in various variants are available at www.aibaconference.com. On-site attendees will be required to check in on the day of the conference.
NOTE: Ticket sales for the in-person event will close on October 7th at midnight. (or when the venue capacity is reached). We encourage you to purchase your ticket as soon as possible.

Only questions marked with a red asterisk are mandatory and must be answered truthfully. The remaining questions shall help us get to know the participants better, professionally prepare the conference according to their preferences, and gather information for systematic purposes. You can pay for AIBA tickets either by bank transfer (via PayU) or by card (via Stripe). In case of any troubles in processing the transaction, please contact us at aiba@silesianstartups.com.

Both the ticket and the invoice will be sent to the email address provided during registration. Documents are generated automatically; therefore, before finalizing the purchase, please verify the accuracy of the information (especially on the invoice). If you purchase tickets for more than one person, the ticket will be sent to the ticket holder, not the person who placed the order. In the case of an invoice, the document will be sent to the email address provided in Step 3 (Buyer Personal Data). In case of any troubles in getting tickets and/or invoices, please contact us at aiba@silesianstartups.com.

NOTE: Conference tickets are personal and non-transferable. If you need to change information on your ticket, please contact us at aiba@silesianstartups.com.

Yes, group discounts are available. We can prepare special packages for groups of five people or more. Please contact us directly via email kuba@silesianstartups.com for information on group booking discounts.

Participation in the AIBA conference onsite

The AIBA conference is organized at the Silesian Museum in Katowice (1 Dobrowolskiego Street, Katowice), Poland. The conference will be held in an auditorium located four floors underground in the museum's main building. Conference flags will be displayed at the entrance to the building. According to the agenda, the conference starts at 10:00 a.m. (on October 8 and October). However, please arrive early to register - the registration desk will open at 9:00 a.m. each day. The main part of the conference will end around 5:00 p.m.

Yes, there is free parking available at the Silesian Museum. Additional parking spots are located at the Cultural Zone, which is located 5 minutes walking distance from the Museum.

The nearest international airports to the Silesian Museum are Katowice International Airport (KTW), also known as Katowice Pyrzowice Airport, and Kraków International Airport (KRK), also known as Krakow Airport.

The nearest train station to the Silesian Museum is Katowice Główne (Katowice Main Station). The museum is approximately a 15-minute walk or a short taxi ride from the station.

We recommend downloading the Jakdojade app, which provides detailed information on public transportation options, including buses, trams, and trains across Polish cities. It features real-time departure and arrival times and is available in English and Polish. Google Maps also works pretty well in showing the right directions in Katowice.

Katowice offers a wide range of hotels. Rooms can be booked through platforms such as Booking.com. However, special rates have been prepared for conference participants at two hotels located close to the Silesian Museum: the Mercure Hotel and the Vienna House Easy by Wyndham Katowice. To receive a discount, please mention your AIBA conference attendance upon registration.

Participation in the AIBA conference online

Each person who purchases a ticket for the online session (“Online ticket”) will receive a link to the live transmission before the conference begins. We will also share all details about the Conference Online platform 2 days before the conference. The only requirement from the attendees is to have a properly configured computer or another device with access to the Internet.

The recordings from AIBA 2025 will be available up to 6 months after the conference. All conference participants (everyone who registered for AIBA 2025)  will receive a link to the recordings of the keynotes from 2025. Only recordings of speakers who did not consent to sharing video materials will not be sent. At this moment, we do not provide video materials from previous AIBA editions.

Yes. While buying your ticket, choose either the meat or vegan option in the designated section.

Yes, Wi-Fi will be available at the conference venue. Login details will be provided during conference registration. The internet connection will be needed to use the networking application, to get AI-powered translations, and to stream other stages (if you wish to be at two places at the same time).

An application that will be used at the AIBA conference is the Meeting Application, which can be downloaded from either the Google Play Store or the App Store. Within the app, you will be able to find not only your ticket but also a list of attendees and speakers and the conference agenda. Using the Business Matching module, the app will also allow you to network and schedule meetings with other conference attendees.

The Silesian Museum in Katowice is a public institution that meets accessibility standards for people with disabilities.
