Why AI Carbon?

AI Carbon has one goal: to help you commercialise environmental improvement in your business.

Working as project development partners with Australian farmers, Indigenous communities, large energy users and waste facility managers, we help our customers find additional revenue streams whilst improving on environmental performance.

We know that getting involved in carbon trading isn’t your core business, but it is ours. Through understanding the key drivers of your business we work with you to improve your bottom line without the need for you to worry about complicated carbon market details.

Human Induced Regeneration

Human-Induced Regeneration (HIR) is a proven carbon farming method that restores native forests by reducing grazing pressure instead of replanting. By changing livestock, feral animal, weed, and clearing management, HIR enables natural woodland recovery to achieve 20% canopy cover at two metres within 25 years. Projects follow 25–100 year permanence obligations, quantify carbon with FullCAM, and earn Australian Carbon Credit Units (ACCUs) for verified carbon capture.

Revegetation & Reforestation

Reforestation & Revegetation by Ai Carbon delivers permanent native tree planting to establish forest cover, quantify sequestration with FullCAM, and generate certified Australian Carbon Credit Units (ACCUs). We design eligible projects—including environmental and mallee plantings, shelterbelts, and block plantings—meeting methodology requirements, improving biodiversity and resilience, and achieving strong carbon returns with rapid cost recovery.

Biodiversity Credits Assessment

Biodiversity Credits Assessment by Ai Carbon helps South Australian landholders earn revenue by protecting, managing, and restoring native vegetation. Accredited consultants assess your property’s biodiversity value, allocate credits, and connect you with funding pathways—clearance applicants (SEB Register), Landscape Board grants, or direct client marketing—so you can offset regional vegetation clearing while enhancing ecosystem health and your property’s sustainability profile.

Integrated Farm and Land Management method

AiCarbon’s Integrated Farm and Land Management (IFLM) is an upcoming, flexible carbon farming method co‑designed with DCCEEW to unify HIR, managed regrowth, reforestation/afforestation, and soil carbon into one framework. It enables multiple sequestration activities on a single property, improves accountability post‑ACCUs review, and introduces new options like infill native planting and soil carbon from vegetation—positioning landholders to maximise carbon outcomes under future methodology updates.
